Job summary

Qualis LLC in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force in certifying new and modified aircraft systems for dual mission capability, requiring strong requirements validation and traceability.

You will work with program leads, hardware and software developers, and flight test engineers to ensure verification is embedded in test planning and reporting, and help define acceptance criteria and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and/or experience in defining, documenting, verifying, and maintaining requirements for test design and planning.
• Ability to analyze, trace, and decompose system requirements.
• Identify missing requirements and manage completion per project schedule.
• Establish acceptance test criteria and ensure artifact completeness.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between program office, hardware/software developers, and flight test engineers.
• Develop requirements verification processes to define acceptance criteria and content coverage.
