Job summary

KLA is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead development, integration, and qualification of advanced e‑beam systems in Milpitas, CA. You will drive requirements, architecture, and verification while coordinating with electrical, software, optics, and mechanical teams to deliver new technologies from concept to qualification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in a related technical field with substantial practical experience.
Experience in requirements management, system integration and verification.
Ability to lead cross-functional technical efforts and complex projects.

Responsibilities

Define system architecture, requirements and verification strategies.
Investigate root causes and solve system-level issues across domains.
Develop plans for characterization, validation, and qualification.
