Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA, to support a customer organization and lead efforts to transform traditional systems engineering practices into digital engineering. The successful candidate will provide general systems engineering support, track action items, and produce high-quality reports and presentations.

Requirements include a BS with 15+ years of experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for interacting with senior Government customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of demonstrated performance related to systems engineering tasks.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with NRO.

Responsibilities

• Support front office general SE support including requirements and schedule management.
• Track and status action items, providing updates to group leadership.
• Develop and coordinate weekly activity reporting for customer organization.
• Produce high-quality presentation materials and executive-level communications.
