Job summary

GeoLogics is seeking Systems Engineers for an on-site contractor position in Pittsfield, MA. The role supports regional strike programs with hardware, software, and systems solutions and opportunities to obtain a clearance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience (Master’s +6 months is also acceptable). Agile experience and strong communication are preferred to succeed in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science/Engineering/Math field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's with 6 months+ experience.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories and standards.
• Know-how in requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Creative thinker capable of quickly grasping new information and handling increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis.
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems.
