Base pay range: $154,160.00/yr - $154,160.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Implement operational, technical standards, and system architecture views using applicable DoDAF standards.
• Review and approve system engineering documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with system needs.
• Document interface designs and store interface data in accessible repositories.
• Assess risks and determine the probability and impact of failures, in accordance with risk management plans.
• Plan verification efforts early in the development cycle to ensure requirements compliance.
• Create time-line analysis diagrams for system functions.
• Manage changes to requirements, ensuring traceability and stakeholder buy-in.
• Maintain the technical integrity of the system baseline throughout its lifecycle.
• Support DoD Certification/Accreditation processes and develop JCIDS documents.
• Provide technical direction for system development, integration, and testing.
• Develop operational scenarios and concepts to meet operational and maintenance needs.
• Conduct performance analysis in areas like Reliability and Survivability.
• Coordinate system integration activities across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Splunk environment design, implementation, and management.
• Experience managing metrics, creating dashboards, and analyzing system health across multiple systems.
• Experience with REST API calls and enterprise data repositories.
• Proven leadership in agile development and user-driven prototypes.
• Experience in transitioning prototypes to enterprise solutions.
