Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex enterprise networking, security, or data center environments.
• Proven lab validation expertise, with the ability to independently build, test, and break complex, multi-product lab environments from scratch.
• Strong technical writing skills, translating lab findings into deployment guides and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation workstreams for integrated, cross-portfoliosolutions to ensure they are repeatable and supportable.
• Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot complex lab environments that accurately reflect real-world customer deployment scenarios.
• Execute rigorous validation plans, capture evidence, identify integration gaps, and document repeatable outcomes.
• Translate technical lab findings into highly trusted, field-facing assets (such as reference architectures and deployment guides).
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Managers, Architects, and field teams) to ensure validation work remains technically credible and field-relevant.
• Support and mentor earlier-career engineers and external partners on lab best practices and troubleshooting approaches.
