Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Systems Engineer located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Systems Engineer will coordinate and collaborate with diverse engineering design teams to provide imaginative, technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems in establishing and managing the technical baseline in support of review milestones. The candidate will execute tasks in system engineering functions, requiring systems thinking and working knowledge of the full development life-cycle processes that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Candidates must exhibit strong leadership characteristics in coordinating with multiple teams and managing tasks.
Note: This position may be filled at the Systems Engineer level. The position is contingent upon verification of DoD Secret clearance and obtainment of SAP clearance.
Primary level salary range: $75,100.00 - $112,700.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a variety of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results.
