Descripción de la vacante

Baseten ищет опытного инженера по корпоративной безопасности для укрепления identity-платформы и автоматизации процессов управления доступом в масштабе компании. Ваша работа будет сосредоточена на SSO, MFA, provisioning и интеграции с протоколами безопасности.

Вы будете разрабатывать надежные пайплайны обновлений ОС, внедрять IaC, работать с SaaS и облачными рисками, а также обеспечивать взаимодействие IT, Engineering и Legal.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Укреплять Identity платформу с сильной аутентификацией и минимальным доступом по умолчанию
• Автоматизировать процессы жизненного цикла сотрудников: вход, смена ролей, увольнение
• Строить надежные конвейеры обновлений ОС, патчей и развёртывания ПО
• Связывать здоровье устройств с решениями доступа к чувствительным системам
• Рекомендовать стандарты идентификации и безопасности для SaaS и инструментов ИИ
• Управлять не-human идентификаторами: сервисные учётки и API-ключи
• Управлять конфигурациями как код для снижения дрейфа и аудита
• Обеспечивать IT Operations инструментами и указаниями для безопасной обработки запросов

Baseten provides inference infrastructure, applied AI research, and developer tooling that help AI companies bring advanced models into production.

Задачи

• Strengthen the identity platform with strong authentication, clean access models, and least privilege by default
• Automate workforce lifecycle processes for joining, role changes, and departures
• Build reliable pipelines for OS updates, patching, and software deployment
• Connect device health to access decisions for sensitive systems
• Recommend identity and security standards for SaaS and AI tools, and make secure configuration easy for teams adopting them
• Govern non-human identities, including service accounts, API keys, and AI agents, and replace long-lived credentials with better options where possible
• Manage configuration as code across identity and endpoints to reduce drift and make systems audit-ready
• Provide IT Operations with tools and guardrails to handle more requests safely and independently

Требования

• 5+ Years in IT engineering or corporate security engineering
• Strong grounding in identity, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and related protocols
• Hands-on experience engineering macOS fleets at scale, including MDM, configuration profiles, app packaging and deployment, endpoint visibility, and EDR tooling
• Experience automating workflows in code, such as Python or Bash, and familiarity with infrastructure as code
• Working understanding of SaaS and cloud access risks and how to reduce them without blocking the business
• Good judgment about when to build, buy, or leave something unchanged
• Clear writing and experience working across IT, People, Engineering, Legal, GRC, and Security
