Radeus Labs, Inc. is seeking an engineer to contribute to key features and projects with increasing independence. You will own components, support cross-functional teams, and build technical depth while developing professional maturity.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, document work clearly, and lead project elements to timely completion while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of design and troubleshooting principles.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation And Benefits

Annual Salary $90k-$120k

• 80% Coverage of base Health Insurance Plan (Proactive Health Options available) starting at 60 days
• Dental and Vision Insurance options starting at 60 days
• Additional voluntary benefit options include accident insurance, critical illness insurance, FSA or HSA starting at 60 days
• Company-provided Life Insurance of $50,000 with an option to add additional coverage
• Education reimbursement up to $1,500 annually
• 401k available at 6 months with a company contribution of 3% at 6 months
• Vacation accrual available at 90 days
• 40hrs of Sick time available annually available at 90 days
• Five paid holidays, including a full week company shutdown in December
