Systems Engineer

On Site: Pittsfield MA

US Citizenship Required

W2 Hourly rate = $38.75 to $49.35 DOE*

GeoLogics is seeking at least 2 Systems Engineers to work on the Regional Strike Programs. If its a good fit, you'll become a part of a cross‑functional engineering team delivering hardware, software and systems solutions. Your day to day activities may focus on one or more of the following areas:

• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems

Qualifications

• US Citizen with solid verbal and written communication skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field with 2+ years of job‑related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months+ of job‑related experience.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools
• Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
