The Work

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2 or more years of experience in system engineering, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Experience with system design, development, integration, and testing.
• Familiarity with airborne systems and components, including avionics, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with simulator development and testing, preferably with flight simulators.
• Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including 14 CFR Part 60.
• Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
• Experience in problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Agile Development and Model Based Systems Engineering Process a plus.
• Experience using tools such as Doors, Doors Next, Model Based Systems Engineering and AI tools.
• Familiarization with AI / Agile execution process.
