Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or Mathematics with 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Hands-on MBSE tools and workflows (Cameo, Rhapsody).
• Basic experience with requirements tracking and traceability using DOORS.

• Assist with ensuring the Prime contractor’s deliverables, including mechanical drawings, meet program requirements through methodical reviews.
• Support the preparation and execution of Major Milestone Design Reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to aid in program decisions.
• Contribute to requirements management and traceability efforts using tools like DOORS to maintain the system's technical baseline.
• Participate in model updates and analysis using MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody) under guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to address system verification activities and manage minor tasks independently with oversight.

SAIC is seekingaSystems Engineerto support the Air Force’s next-generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system acquisition - the Sentinel Program. Our customer is the Sentinel Program Office located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This is a great opportunity for systems engineers in the early stages of their careers to enhance their skills while contributing to one of the Department of War’s most critical acquisition programs.
