Arcfield is seeking a junior/early-career engineer to perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and analysis across the full system lifecycle. You will translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications and support decisions with quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities include creating and running simulation tools using Matlab, Python, or similar languages, interpreting results, and presenting actionable recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field with 0-2 years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Proficient with Matlab, Python, Perl, Java, C++, or R.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and describe system issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly in technical meetings; work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and effectiveness analysis across all system levels.
• Converts customer requirements into hardware and software specifications within schedule and cost constraints.
• Review and translate analysis into actionable recommendations for customers; use Matlab, Python, Perl, Java, C++, or R for tools and data evaluation.
