Systems Business Analyst with Auto Finance Experience

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team.
• Implement applications full functionality through keen analysis of business and data requirements.
• Incorporate high level functional design used across all business applications based on system build and knowledge of business needs; this design supports BAs of all levels as a basis for their low-level functional design.
• Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built, how the data is managed, and used to create functional designs across applications.
• Proficient in business applications, data usage, and data management tools and flow charting tools.
• Develop a mindset for risk and control compliance to departmental and companywide standards.
• Work within standards of financial control and budget management.
• Experience creating Use Cases, business process flow and system process flow diagrams.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and experience creating/refining user stories in preparation for build.
• Execute within a client‑centric environment, collaborating with teams and contributors.
