Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Riverside, CA is seeking a WMS Troubleshooter to resolve warehouse management system and equipment issues. You will deliver timely responses, submit daily reports, and collaborate with Super User and team members to prevent repeat errors.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in logistics, hands-on experience with WMS, and the ability to obtain MHE certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Be able to become MHE certified within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.

POSITION SUMMARY

The WMS Troubleshooter is responsible for resolving WMS and Equipment failures whether human or otherwise. The WMS Troubleshooter will take a proactive approach to define and correct errors. Be available to answer questions and respond back to the team member as well as to the Super User as needed.

As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 years’ experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

• Be able to become MHE certified within 30 days of hire.

Other

• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
