UTHealth Houston is looking for a Level IV Systems and Applications Specialist who will work in our School of Dentistry and the Dentistry Clinics. This role provides more comprehensive support for multi-departmental IT operations, with a focus on critical systems. In dental clinics, there is a lot of imaging equipment, X-ray machines, and other peripheral equipment that are crucial to their operating environment. You will not just be providing straightforward desktop support, but working with clinicians who are running advanced programs such as Epic Wisdom. This will all be unique to the dental world. You will be assisting schools, clinics, and labs. Your support clients will include students, clinical providers, and staff.

Bachelor's Degree required. You may substitute required education with equivalent years of experience beyond the minimum experience requirement.
