• 5 years - Business Analyst / System Analyst
• 5 years - Quality Assurance experience
• 5 years - Agile Tool Knowledge (epics/features/user stories, Agile lifecycle)
• 5 years - Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
• 5 years - Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
• 3 years - Experience with creating product roadmap
• 3 years - Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile
• 3 years - Adept with using BA tools (FIGMA, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Document clear, unambiguous, testable business requirements.
• Create Test plans with the business, ensuring repeatable processes.
• Document repeatable steps/processes for maintenance planning.
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain project backlog and prioritize with product owner.
• Understand project scope and monitor requirements accordingly.
• Align data requirements with information governance objectives.
• Resolve critical IT issues related to the BA role.
• Assess impact of scope or requirement changes.
• Ensure SEM deliverables are completed and approved.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, solution architects, DBAs, developers, QA for clarity and feasibility.
