Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and 4+ years in PC networking and large systems.
• Experience in software systems analysis and enterprise network design.
• Ability to document configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Security-conscious with firewall, NAC, and VPN knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system availability during scheduled use.
• Manage system and network tasks, including security and backups.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and data communication issues.
• Train users and respond to questions and requests.
• Work on special IT projects and provide interdepartmental support.
• Meet with MIS staff to plan future systems and enhancements.
