Systems Analyst II I

Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, is looking for a Systems Analyst II I to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in transforming the agency’s engineering processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and is interested in moving the agency away from document-driven engineering.

Redstone Arsenal, AL

Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.
• Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.).
• MDA Experience.
• Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong model‑based engineering experience.
• Ability to excel in a team setting.
• Experience with interface or interoperability engineering domains.
