Mission Driven Research, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming complex engineering data into clear dashboards and schedules for senior leadership decisions.

This role demands proactive problem-solving to support dynamic, ad-hoc strategic projects in a Front Office environment. You will design dashboards, maintain databases, and manage technical schedules while collaborating with a team to meet mission needs and rapidly respond to evolving

Qualifications

Must hold an Active Secret clearance.
BA/BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with digital engineering tools.
Experience with scheduling and database tools.
Ability to excel in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards to visualize engineering metrics, risk assessments, and technical performance measures for senior leadership review.
Architect and maintain structured databases to track engineering artifacts, action items, and technical baseline documentation.
Create and manage complex technical schedules
Assist the Chief Engineer with emerging requirements, rapid data calls, technical writing, and special engineering studies.
