Job summary

Meta is seeking a Systems Analyst to join Access & Compromise within Integrity Operations and lead access and compromise coverage for Meta AI as it scales across platforms, segments, and surfaces.

This foundational role will define how account compromise and unauthorized access present on this surface, determine who needs the most protection, and model the recovery approach, then align integrity product, support, and operations teams for execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a directly related field.
• 8+ years in operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, or an equivalent environment.
• Analytical experience using data to tell a story and influence direction, using intermediate to advanced SQL
• Experience solving problems and breaking down ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions
• Experience communicating with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, including engineering and technical teams
• Experience defining metrics and standing up reporting for a new or undefined problem space
• Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
• Track record of defining operational strategy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and driving execution against defined goals
• Experience in integrity, trust and safety, account security, or abuse and fraud operations
• Experience building or deploying AI, ML, or automation solutions in production operational workflows
• Experience building or operating labeling workforces, quality programs, or human review guidelines
• Familiarity with account compromise and unauthorized access adversarial behavior, including TTP investigation
• Knowledge of programming or data tooling such as Python, R, and data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Define and own coverage for account compromise and unauthorized access within the surface.
• Identify users who need protection most and establish effective recovery pathways.
• Set a shared model for integrity product, support, and operations to execute on.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and program management to translate ambiguous problems into actionable plans

We help prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems for safety-related incidents, and by influencing partners to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

This is a foundational role. The person in this role will define how account compromise and unauthorized access present on this surface, which users need the most protection, and what effective recovery looks like, then set the shared model that integrity product, support, and operations teams build from.
