Systems Analyst 1‑Support
As part of Oracle’s Customer Success Services team, you will be a member of an international network of experts who contribute to global technology‑driven initiatives and innovation programs designed to continuously improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Learn from experts and contribute to bringing value to our customers by leveraging Oracle’s international network of experts.
- Use Oracle internal tools, resources and network to stay up to date on innovation and leading technologies.
- Contribute as a team member on customer projects together with Oracle experts and leaders.
- Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to our solutions and services.
- Learn how to design solutions using Oracle leading technology and consulting methods, tools, and best practices.
- Support customer relationships with CSS focused on collaborative, long‑term partnerships.
- Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures.
- Show strong time‑management skills.
- Complete individual goals as well as work effectively in a team environment.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly. Working knowledge of Oracle products is a plus but not required.
- Maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, etc.).
- Project Management or Account Management experience.
- Basic understanding of Oracle’s latest product technologies.
- Time‑management skills.
- Goal‑oriented individual.
- Team‑work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and technical conceptualization.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (OCI, Azure, AWS, etc.); cloud certifications highly desirable.
- Database and database methodology knowledge (management, load balancing, performance tuning, SQL analysis, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with machine‑learning technologies.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Compensation
US: Hiring range USD $24.62 – $48.03 per hour; $51,200 – $99,900 per year. Eligible for equity.
