Job summary

Telesis is seeking a Systems Analyst in Huntsville, AL to support THAAD training leadership for international partners. The role involves coordinating operator and maintainer training, OEM oversight of training aids, and contributing to daily Army-related tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Technical understanding of THAAD.
• Experience developing and presenting reports and briefings to senior leadership; exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams to analyze and resolve problems.
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, US Army, BMDS and/or THAAD Program Office work efforts.
• Experience with military training processes, systems and equipment.

Telesis is hiring a Systems Analyst (TLS-26-051) in Huntsville, AL to provide coordinated training support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Training Lead in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Full time, on site at the customer site with telework allowed and occasional travel (under 25%).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, delivery and assessment of operator, maintainer and collective training for international THAAD personnel.
