Job summary

Lake Trust Credit Union in Brighton, MI seeks a System Analyst to design, implement and support enterprise banking systems that serve members and staff. You’ll work as a senior technical and functional analyst across highly complex platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational stability and alignment with organizational goals.

You’ll lead analysis of systems, support core banking platforms and APIs, coordinate releases with vendors, and promote Agile delivery practices to drive reliable

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of job-related experience is required.
• 5+ years of banking systems analyst experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Fiserv DNA, Temenos or FIS platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of web services and interfaces.
• ITIL 4 Foundation (or later) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex systems to ensure solutions meet documented business, functional, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation and support of core and ancillary banking platforms.
• Design, manage, and support system integrations and interfaces (APIs, file-based, middleware).
• Serve as a subject matter expert for platforms including Fiserv DNA, Temenos, Q2, Nautilus, and FIS.
• Utilize advanced SQL and Oracle queries for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Lead Agile delivery practices and solution discovery efforts.
• Coordinate application release schedules with vendors and internal teams.

Job Summary Responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise banking systems that support members. This role serves as a senior technical and functional analyst for highly complex banking platforms. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational stability, and alignment with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do

• Coordinate application release schedules with vendors and internal teams.

What You’ll BringLevel I

• BA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a system analyst or any equivalent combination of job related experience required
• Ability to adapt to various programming languages (C#, .NET, Windows Services)
• Demonstrated proficiency in best practices of software development life cycle
• Proactive best practices for service delivery and handoff to production
• Proven ability to support a strong member service culture

Level II

• BA/BS degree in computer science, or equivalent demonstrated experience is required
• 2+ years of job-related experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in best practices of software development life cycle
• Proactive best practices for service delivery and handoff to production
• Proven ability to support a strong member service culture
• Knowledge of web services and interfaces

Level III

• A minimum of 5+ years of banking systems analyst experience required.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Fiserv DNA, Temenos, or FIS platforms preferred.
• Banking domain expertise including deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking required.
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, and software development life cycle best practices preferred.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks; ITIL® 4 Foundation (or later) certification preferred.
