Job summary

Rio Grande Credit Union is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and secure our technology infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. You will support enterprise systems, cloud services, networking, and endpoint management to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and business units, plus on-call participation for maintenance and incident response. 2–5 years of related IT experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in IT systems administration.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure.
• Administer VMware and virtual server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, file/print services.
• Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Administer Intune, endpoint management, Autopilot, and MDM.
• Monitor health, capacity, performance, and availability of infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Implement backup, DR, and business continuity solutions.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support networking incl. switches, wireless, VPNs, firewalls.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and standards.
• Participate in migrations and tech projects.
• Provide Tier III support for complex infra issues.
