Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Ten (10) years experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Five (5) years of additional System Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems.
• Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
