Job summary

MANTECH seeks motivated Systems Administrators to join our team in Oahu Hawaii, Guam, Dallas Texas, and the Philippines. The role involves managing LAN/WAN configurations, server OS administration, and providing technical leadership for IT systems supporting distribution centers and program management.

Multiple seniority levels are available based on qualifications and experience, with a focus on secure communications, cloud-based infrastructure, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Senior level requires 10+ years of experience
• Experience as Functional Lead for IT service delivery and infrastructure sustainment
• Proficient in drafting technical documentation and following SOPs for systems administration
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II certification
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and virtualized environments in a military or government setting

Responsibilities

• Validate LAN/WAN configuration and performance to meet organizational requirements
• Oversee the administration of server operating systems and ensure data storage and backup integrity
• Manage system upgrades and coordinate with vendors to resolve high-level issues
• Provide IT systems oversight for Distribution Center operations and program management support
• Develop and maintain secure communication links for logistics platforms across theater locations
• Prepare technical documentation and system architecture diagrams for senior review
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff
