Job summary

TENICA Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator for the FSP Department in Herndon, VA to maintain and secure multi-user computer systems in a government environment. The role requires coordination with network engineers and a TS/SCI clearance with FS poly.

Role Overview

Systems Administrator ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE with FS poly REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION Maintains operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards related to the use of computing resources.

Qualifications

• Senior position available or a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active TS/SCI w/FS Poly
