Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator (Intermediate/Senior) to support PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on administration, security, and optimization of government IT systems, including enterprise servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will have DoD clearance, IAT II certification, and 4+ years of enterprise IT experience with Microsoft technologies, backup solutions, and cybersecurity compliance in large environments.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+ or equivalent).
Four (4+) years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise infra services.
Baseline certification within six months of hire if not yet obtained.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and maintain server hardware and software.
Monitor system performance and health with enterprise tools.
Patch management and configuration management for stability.
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, System Center, and backups.
Ensure security compliance and baseline configurations across servers and storage.
Develop SOPs and technical documentation for continuity and training.
Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and apps teams.
