ARES is the prime contractor for the Wallops Range Contract (WRC) supporting NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility. WRC provides mission-critical range operations, engineering, maintenance, sustainment, and technical services supporting orbital and suborbital launches, aircraft operations, telemetry, radar, communications, and associated range infrastructure.
ARES is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist III to support mission-critical information technology and cybersecurity operations at NASA Wallops Flight Facility. This position supports the design, development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of complex IT systems and infrastructure supporting launch range operations and associated mission systems. The selected candidate will provide technical leadership across network administration, telecommunications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and IT infrastructure management while supporting secure and reliable operations in a highly technical mission environment.
