We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to support our growing team in a fast‑paced, engineering‑driven environment. This is a hands‑on, broad‑scope role that spans both on‑prem infrastructure and Microsoft 365 / Azure environments, ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and built for scale.
You’ll work closely with our engineering, IT, and operations teams to support critical business systems and technical workloads — from cloud identity management to high‑performance engineering desktops and simulation clusters. This role blends deep technical work with IT Service Management (ITSM) process development, helping build a scalable, high‑performing IT foundation.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$135,000 annually. Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full‑time hires, you may also be eligible for long‑term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
