Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage IT systems at the Lawrenceville location. You will handle system setup, network management, server administration, and security while delivering premier customer service.

You will provide technical support to employees, maintain documentation, and collaborate with IT peers on improvements and integrations. On-site role with potential travel and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator is required.
• Experience with operating systems and network platforms is essential.
• Ability to create scripts for automation and improve security practices.

Responsibilities

• System Setup and Maintenance: install and manage operating systems, software, and hardware, and manage user accounts.
• Network Management: configure routers, switches, firewalls and monitor LAN/WAN performance.
• Server Administration: manage servers, ensure security, and handle backups.
• Security and Data Protection: implement security controls and conduct security audits.
• Technical Support: provide user support and training on system functionality.
• Documentation and Reporting: document configurations and track system performance.
• Collaboration and Improvement: research new solutions and assist with software integrations.
• Responsible for communications systems, phones, networks, cabling, hardware, security systems and other electronic infrastructure.

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Systems Administrator to join our team. The System Administrator has responsibility management of all IT systems at your location. Provides premier customer service and uses teamwork to reach job performance goals. Also, assures IT needs are met and provides communication as needed or upon direction of Management concerning the systems.

Key responsibilities would include:

• System Setup and Maintenance:Installing and maintaining operating systems, software, and hardware; managing user accounts and access permissions; and ensuring proper network cable and software setup.
• Network Management:Managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure (LANs/WANs), configuring network components (routers, switches, firewalls), and monitoring network performance.
• Server Administration:Managing network servers and technology tools, ensuring server security and performance, and managing network backups.
• Security and Data Protection:Implementing security measures, performing security audits, ensuring security through access controls and firewalls, following company policy.
• Technical Support:Providing technical support to employees, responding to service requests, and training users on system functionalities.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining documentation of system configurations and procedures, tracking system performance and support tickets, and building custom reports.
• Collaboration and Improvement:Collaborating with other IT professionals, researching new hardware/software solutions, staying updated on industry trends, and potentially assisting with software integrations.
• Responsible for communications systems, phones, networks, cabling, hardware, security systems and other electronic infrastructure.

Qualifications And Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of work experience as a System or Network Administrator.
• Experience with various operating systems and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and security protocols.
• Experience with databases and relevant management software.
• Ability to create scripts for automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Working conditions
