Qualifications

• Knowledge of the configuration and operation of systems.
• Ability to maintain servers, monitor logs, and ensure functionality of system links.
• Ability to perform system capacity analysis and planning.
• Ability to monitor systems for acceptable performance and user accessibility, establish backups, and monitor system security.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Spring 2028.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the configuration and operation of information management systems.
• Provide day-to-day system administration, including system and resource optimization, and user assistance.
• Conduct capacity and performance analysis and provide system configuration change and upgrade recommendations.
• Increase system administrator efficiency via automated tools and scripts, develop procedures, and conduct training.
• Determine computer user needs and analyze system capabilities and programming techniques and controls.
