The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 3 years of enterprise IT experience, plus familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in computer science and 3 years of enterprise IT experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration of the network/server environment and related projects.
• Install, configure, and maintain system hardware/software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan upgrades, patches, and new applications/equipment.
• Ensure proper security controls for access, logging, and auditing.
• Create technical documentation for systems and applications.
• Assist with disaster recovery, security, backups, and restoration planning.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve network efficiency.
• Configure backups and alerts; participate in weekly after-hours on-call rotations.
• Perform other duties as directed.
