Job summary

NETSEA Technologies is seeking a Systems Administration Specialist I to provide Tier 1 support for PEO SOFSA applications. Located primarily at Bluegrass Station, Lexington, KY, the role entails monitoring infrastructure assets, troubleshooting issues, and conducting server builds.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IT Systems Administration experience and in-depth knowledge of Government systems. Certification in relevant areas is required. Minimal travel may be necessary to other sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of IT Systems Administration experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Government's systems' hardware and software.
• Background in the specific types of hardware and software systems used by the Government.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for specific PEO SOFSA applications.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues.
