Qualifications

• Must have strong skills and experience in Systematics IM or ST product/application.
• Cobol programming experience required.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise software, technology, or financial services solutions.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, SDLC, and solution implementation methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or regulated tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for delivery, implementation, integration, and optimization of FIS solutions within client environments.
• Partner with clients, product teams, engineering teams, and stakeholders to solve complex business and technology challenges.
• Lead implementation and integration projects for complex client technology environments.
• Analyze requirements to design scalable solution architectures.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients during delivery and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and support teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Guide configuration, customization, testing, and validation of solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and service quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and integrations.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership on technical best practices.
• Support client discussions, solution reviews, and strategic planning to maximize business value.
