A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Search Consultant for a prominent global trading firm in Miami, specializing in systematic options trading. This role requires over 3 years of experience in systematic trading along with strong programming skills in Python or C++. The position offers competitive compensation and access to cutting-edge trading infrastructure.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in systematic trading or quantitative research, ideally with a focus on index or options markets.
• Strong programming proficiency (Python, C++, or similar).
• Deep understanding of financial markets, options pricing, and microstructure.
