Join a next-generation manufacturing team building the AI server platforms that power today’s most advanced compute workloads. We are seeking a System Test Engineering Manager to lead system-level testing strategy, NPI readiness, and test optimization across System/FATP operations.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of test engineering—NPI test design, system-level diagnostics, fixture and script development, troubleshooting, ECN validation, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure high test coverage, strong yields, and reliable product performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead NPI test project development, including feasibility analysis and evaluation of capacity, process flow, PFMEA, DFX for test, equipment/fixture readiness, and automation opportunities.
• Oversee complete system-level testing, including Linux-based validation, burn-in testing, diagnostic tool usage, scripting, and test plan creation.
• Lead development of test fixtures, test scripts, and automated test solutions.
• Set up, optimize, and maintain system test stations and processes for NPI builds and mass production operations.
• Create and update test‑related SOPs, work instructions, and training materials; train production and test staff.
• Lead troubleshooting, analysis, verification, and resolution of test‑related issues to support stable operations and high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve testing yield, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Validate and implement ECN/ECR firmware and hardware changes related to system test processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test processes—enhancing efficiency, reducing cycle time, and lowering overall test‑related costs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Experience managing or leading a System Test Engineering (TE) team within FATP or system‑level manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of system testing processes in FATP environments—including scripting, system‑level debug, and functional validation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and clear technical reporting.
• Strong stress resilience and the ability to work effectively across engineering, production, and quality teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in system testing management for server or AI/HPC hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with advanced AI server architectures and test methodologies (e.g., burn‑in, thermal, firmware validation).
