The role focuses on synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions while respecting technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The candidate will perform duties across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or software domains. Full‑time, on‑site work is required; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. Up to 10% travel may be needed.
For Level 2: Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR Master’s degree and 0 years of related professional/military experience.
For Level 3: Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR Master’s degree and 3 years of related professional/military experience, OR Ph.D. and 1 year of related professional/military experience.
Primary Level: $91,800.00 – $137,600.00
Secondary Level: $114,000.00 – $171,000.00

Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow sharing in company results. Eligible executive positions may receive Long Term Incentives. Flexible work arrangements include a 4‑10 schedule and every Friday off.
