Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a System Software Engineer to join the System Software group focused on Data Center Server Platform Diagnostics. You will help design and maintain software for complex heterogeneous computing systems powering AI, HPC, and accelerated workloads.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, low-level programming experience, and a solid understanding of ARM architecture, with 2+ years in related work. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust diagnostic solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with low level / driver level programming.
• Understanding of processor architecture fundamentals, preferably ARM.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design diagnostic middleware and diagnostic applications for NVIDIA SOC and GPU hardware.
• Architect and drive new diagnostic software solutions across the product life cycle: bring up, manufacturing, hardware qualification, failure analysis and custom platforms.
• Collaborate with internal software teams to integrate diagnostic components with system software.
• Work with ASIC and NPI teams to plan, implement and meet new product requirements.
• Research and evaluating industrial technical standards and drive implementations as needed.
