You will integrate hardware and software, develop test plans, debug, and verify system requirements with a focus on EW/Radar systems. Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 2+ years in EW/Radar integration, have hands-on test experience

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a STEM degree (Engineering/Physics) with at least 2 years of EW/Radar system integration experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting electronics using common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
  • Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Integration, Verification, and Troubleshoot Test activities in labs, the field, and Depot facilities; travel may be required.
  • Conduct product qualification, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root‑cause/corrective action using advanced test equipment.
  • Perform detailed performance evaluations using MATLAB and other analysis tools and deliver results through technical reports and briefings.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, implement minor design changes, and maintain engineering specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, and engineering databases.
  • Coordinate technical discussions and tag‑ups across Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Chief Engineering to resolve system‑level issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to IPTLs and participate in team meetings, teleconferences, and working groups.
  • Implement process requirements and contribute to mockup hardware repair activities, sustainment tasks, and Depot return/repair efforts.

In this role, youll gain broad insight into the entire system and play a direct part in making it all work together through integration and test efforts.\u003cbr\u003eAs a System Integration & Test II - Electronic Warfare Engineer within the Space & Airborne lifecycle center, you will interface with customers to develop CONOPS, system architectures, and system requirements, and manage qualification, verification, and validation activities. You will perform functional and physical analyses, requirements allocation, and trade studies while helping transition systems from production through warranty, sustainment, and long‑term support.\u003cbr\u003eYou will also contribute across the product lifecycle, including radar mode requirement development, engineering testing, integration and flight‑testing, production, deployment, and post‑deployment sustainment.   • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with Electronic Warfare, Radar systems integration, verification, and validation
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)

  • Experience preparing system/subsystem test documentation (e.g., plans, procedures, and reports) for Electronic Warfare and Radar system test
  • Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment
  • Modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems
  • Millimeter and microwave RF at both the system and module levels
  • Integration of mixed signal modules into the next higher assembly
  • Experience with security requirements related to government testing
  • Microsoft Office, MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation
