You will implement API integrations, ensure interoperability, and apply secure authentication protocols such as OAuth and SAML, while developing scripting solutions to streamline data exchange between platforms. A related degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

This role involves integrating JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools to ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow automation. The position requires proficiency in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols, along with strong scripting and automation skills to streamline data exchange between platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform API integrations and ensure system interoperability.

• Develop scripting and automation solutions to streamline data exchange between platforms. Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration.


• Demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.


• Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols. Preferred Qualifications
