Job summary

InfoStride in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an Engineering – Systems professional to support national defense missions. The role requires a 4-year STEM degree, complex hardware/software integration, and potential DoD Secret clearance in the near term.

The ideal candidate has multi-disciplinary integration experience across autonomy, RF communications, UGVs, small UAS, electronic warfare, and munitions, with hands-on system-of-systems work and strong test/ reporting skills.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in a STEM category is required.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customers as needed.
• Experience integrating hardware and software across multiple subsystems.

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidates need to have a 4-year degree in STEM category

• Demonstrated I&T experience on complex hardware/software systems— support of test plan authorship, execution, anomaly resolution, and formal reporting.

Client Project/Program Overview:

• This position provides the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation’s core defense/intelligence services and systems to carry out high-stakes national security missions.

Required Qualifications:

• Able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within reasonable time.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Demonstrated I&T experience on complex hardware/software systems— support of test plan authorship, execution, anomaly resolution, and formal reporting.
• Hands-on System-of-Systems integration experience resolving interface, timing, and interoperability issues across dissimilar subsystems.
• Multi-disciplinary integration experience spanning autonomy, RF communications, UGVs, small UAS, electronic warfare, munitions, and fuzes.
