Job summary

Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery seeks a System Improvement Coordinator to drive meaningful change across the behavioral health system. You will lead initiatives to improve service delivery, strengthen the workforce, and enhance client outcomes through data-driven strategies.

You'll collaborate with Stark County's providers, partners and internal teams to advance system-wide improvements, focusing on workforce development and trauma-responsive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health program administration.
• Dependent clinical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-improvement initiatives across the behavioral health system.
• Develop and implement workforce strategies for recruitment, retention and development.
• Promote trauma-responsive care and an inclusive organizational culture.
• Support trauma-informed practices for clients and staff.
• Analyze system data and provider reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings and collaboration with providers and stakeholders.
• Research and implement evidence-informed best practices.
• Identify service gaps and partner with coalitions to develop solutions.
• Oversee non-specialized programs across the continuum of care (Priority Areas 3–5).
• Build relationships with community partners and represent the organization at events.
