Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking System Software Engineers to enhance and extend advanced analysis tools used for system-wide profiling. The role emphasizes Python development with periodic C++ work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-functional software solutions.

You will engage with researchers and engineers to optimize HPC, ML/DL, AI, autonomous systems, and embedded workloads, while contributing to industry-defining profiling tools that span GPU, CPU and networking domains.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in EE, CE, CS, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of service in a related hardware/software position.
• Excellent problem solving, collaborative, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with international teams preferred.
• Experience creating complex analysis solutions for large data systems. This can include both classic HPC and cloud computing environments as well as large data sets from non-network cases.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and expand advanced analysis tools for system-wide profiling tools; primarily in Python with some C++ usage.
• Partner with system architects, product definition engineers, software/firmware engineers and operations.
• Be involved with the premiere multi-discipline GPU+CPU+networking profiling tool; collaborate with researchers and developers to improve computing systems.
• Build software tools enabling developers across markets to optimize workflows in HPC, ML/DL, AI, autonomous machines, pro-visualization and embedded/automotive systems.
