Job description

Bytoa is seeking aSystem Engineer who will be supporting a fast-moving team responsible for the integration of mobile automation and testing capabilities. You will work, hands‑on, with the customer and other stakeholders to support the automating and managing of mission critical mobile devices, infrastructure, and dataflow.

You'll be at the forefront of operationalizing mobile technologies directly impacting mission success through your technical expertise. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you'll tackle challenging problems that require creative solutions to automate mobile workflows and reduce operational complexity.

This position combines hands‑on development with strategic thinking, making you a key contributor to our mission‑focused mobile technology initiatives that deliver real‑world impact.

Salary range:$205,000-$245,000

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot highly complex, mission critical data flows for customers.

Skills Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience interacting with mission customers.
• Experience with software that is leveraged to explain and document complex system interactions (e.g., Confluence/Gliffy, Vizio).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex dataflow and automation concepts.
• Experience guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans.
• Experience assisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Automation of test cases through the use of software tools, and systems.
• Working in an agile environment, continuous delivery of capabilities.
• Monitoring the transition of tools in production, monitoring dataflow and deployed systems.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working within the CNO customer space.
• Familiarity with CNO dataflow systems.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms, applications, and software.
• Experience with background developing, troubleshooting, and/or integrating complex distributed software systems.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and systems.

Experience Requirement:

12 yrs, B.S. or 4 additional yrs in place of B.S.

Clearance Requirement:

Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
