Torc Robotics is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join our Release organization in a hybrid/remote-capable role in the United States. Join Torc's Release organization, where we help ensure autonomous driving software is validated, measured, and ready for deployment. Our team operates at the intersection of autonomy, systems engineering, testing, and data analysis, supporting release decisions through metrics, investigations, and system-level evaluation.
As a Systems Engineer II, you will contribute to release readiness activities by analyzing system behavior, developing metrics and tooling, investigating issues, and partnering with engineering teams across the organization. You will work alongside senior engineers to help evaluate software quality and performance while supporting the processes used to validate Torc's autonomous driving system.
Work Location: For this position, we are open to hiring in Ann Arbor, MI (U.S.) office work locations in a hybrid capacity. We are also open to hiring Remote in the United States.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Torc's total compensation package will also include our corporate bonus and stock option plan. Dependenton the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
