Esri is seeking an experienced system engineer to join their Professional Services team in Redlands, California. You will design, deploy, and optimize geospatial systems supporting national security operations.
Your expertise in ArcGIS and system administration will ensure high performance and reliability for operational systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, deployment, and collaboration with customers to meet technical objectives.

In this role, you will work directly with mission focused organizations to implement and modernize enterprise ArcGIS environments across complex, secure infrastructures. You will architect and support deployments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability for high impact operational systems.
You’ll serve as a trusted technical partner, solving complex system challenges, guiding architecture decisions, and enabling customers to fully leverage location intelligence in support of their missions.

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is: $120,640 USD - $197,600 USD.
