Experience: 5 plus years of technology and data center operations and support required

Knowledge:

• Structured Data Center operations and management
• Experience with onboarding, executing and overseeing large service programs involving multiple platforms e.g. Microsoft stack, Virtualization, Computing, Firewall, Switching, Routing, Storage, Networking, TCP/IP, Wireless, Security and Enterprise Applications
• Experience in Unified Communications, Telephony a plus

Technologies/Certifications:

• Primary Skills - VMWare, Microsoft Stack (Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, Desktop, Server, SQL), Cisco, EMC, NetApp
• Secondary Skills - Juniper, Avaya, ShoreTel, PolyCom, LifeSize
