Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Design Engineer to contribute to complex systems design, review, testing, and reliability assessments. The role emphasizes developing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience, with exposure to FDA/FAA environments being a strong plus. Expect hands-on testing and detailed reporting in a dynamic setting.

Job Summary

• Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments
• General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions
• Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions

Key Responsibilities

• TMV, Test Method Development, DoE, data analysis (python coding capability)
• Digital outputs of a sensor and analyze the data Test bed development
• Executing hands‑on testing protocols.
• Authoring detailed technical reports.
• Managing the defect lifecycle (collection, documentation, and summarization for our development partner)

Education & Experience:

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred)
• Years of Experience: 8 yrs
